Grace Farm Reserve Chardonnay is grown on the estate vineyard at Wilyabrup, just two kilometres from the Indian Ocean. All the fruit is Gin Gin clone Chardonnay.

The grapes are gently whole bunch pressed into French oak barriques, with a high percentage of grape solids kept in the juice. Nearly half of the oak is new. Wild yeasts complete the fermentation to dryness.

Bright yellow, Grace Farm Reserve Chardonnay is complex with good fruit weight, texture and saline acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
